FUNCTION SPACES
Conveniently located on the Southside of Brisbane, Souths Sports Club is the ideal venue for your next function or corporate event. We are based in beautiful Brandon Park, with plenty of parking.
We can cater from your 300 GUEST BIG EVENT right through to your intimate 10 GUEST training and/or corporate event.
Our venue offers up to four “function spaces” – utilise separately or hire a combination of both, choose your option to elevate your event experience and success.
Simply choose from our selection of food and beverages menu. Yes, we don’t just hire you the room, we are here to offer quality catering services and friendly hospitality in your own, private function space. We are flexible and able to accommodate individual needs and dietary requirements. If it’s not on the menu, just ask and our Head Chef will be happy to accommodate your needs.
Please feel free to come and take a look at what the Club has to offer. The Functions Manager will be pleased to assist you in planning the finer detail of the event.

AUDITORIUM
(GREEN ROOM meets ACACIA ROOM)
Join these spaces together and you now have the capacity for up to 500 standing guests and a night to remember! Typically this is the stage for our big profile events. Dress up this space and marry your partner in comfortable air conditioned space with a worthy dance floor. To book the AUDITORIUM there is hire fee of $1500* Additional Fees may apply for Security Guards depending on the nature of the Function.
GREEN ROOM
The Green Room, is a spacious timber bar, with classic federation styling and caters for a sophisticated gathering of up to 100 guests. $500* (inc GST)
ACACIA ROOM
The Acacia Room, with the same Federation styling as the GREEN ROOM, includes access to a full theatrical stage, dance floor and servery. Typically hired for charity and corporate events up to 100 guests. $500* (inc GST)
ASTILLS
ASTILLS is our intimate pace, perfect for smaller functions and corporate meetings. It can comfortably fit 20 - 50 people.
To book ASTILLS for your function there is a hire fee of $250*.
THE BOARDROOM
This Space is conveniently located adjacent to our Sports Bar and can comfortably accommodate 5 - 15 people. It is perfect for small meetings and training sessions.
To book The Boardroom there is a hire fee of $150*.
*Please note that all hire fees are based on a six to seven hour time period and accessibility from 10am until 12am. If a longer booking is required or the booking is outside of the set hours there may be additonal charges which will be determined on a case by case basis.
